1 1/2 cup cut up cooked chicken breast
1 1/2 cup Almondaise (recipe found in "Misc" label)
1 T dijon mustard
2 T fresh chopped up parsley
1/2 cup shredded carrot
3/4 c chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
pepper to taste
Mix and enjoy! This is delicious with healthy crackers (like Ak-Mak)
