Cream Cucumber Salad

This makes 8 servings. It is from the Biggest Loser cookbook.
1/4 c. fat free or reduced fat sour cream.
1/3 c. fat free plain yogurt
1 1/2 t. white wine vinegar
1 1/2 t. sugar
1/4t. salt
1/8 t. ground black pepper
2 large cucumbers sliced thin
1 medium sweet onion

In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine the cucumbers and onions. Add the dressing and toss to coat well
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to blend the flavors.
I've also found that instead of dressing on my salad, a little cottage cheese mixed with some Mrs. Dash works just as well.
