Collect your potato skins and use them in this crispy recipe.
3 T Almondaise ( found in Misc. label)
1/2 T nutritional yeast flakes (found in Misc label)
2 c potato peels, raw or cooked; or the skins of 6-7 medium sized potatoes
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl.
3. Add peels and stir thoroughly to coat all.
4. Spread peels on a cookie sheet and bake until browned and crispy. 15-20 minutes for cooked skins, 30-35 for raw.
