Green Peppers and Tomato Chow Yuk

1 lb ground turkey
2 c water
soy sauce (beef boullion)
1 TBS corn starch
4-5 green peppers
4-5 tomatoes
brown rice

I brown the turkey and set aside.  In a large skillet add cold water and cornstarch mixed together.  I added beef boullion to this rather than soy sauce.  After mixture is thick add 4-5 green bell pepper chopped into pieces and cook for about 5 minutes.  Next, add 4-5 tomatoes cut up and cook for a couple more minutes.  Add ground turkey and serve over brown rice.
