2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
Combine oil, garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt and pepper in small bowl. Brush oil mixture over both sides of chicken to coat. Lightly oil grid to prevent sticking. Grill chicken over medium 8-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning once. Makes 4 servings

I only use sea salt at home and I have also reduced the olive oil and done it almost like a rub.
