Lemon Orange Chicken

1 serving

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1/4 cup brown rice
1 tsp grated orange peel
Directions: 

1 chicken breast, pan fry in non-stick skillet with small amount of Pam.
Season chicken with Lemon Pepper seasoning.  Cook until tender & no longer pink.

Cook rice as directed, replacing half the water with mixed Crystal Light
orange drink and 1 tsp. of grated orange peel.
