Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

(contributed by Lxi Weber)
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup and 2 T skim milk
1/2 cup whole wheat dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground turkey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 t olive oil
1/4 cup and 2 T organic ketchup
1/4 cup honey
1 T and 2 t soy sauce

Sorry the measurements are kind of weird.  I had to adjust portion size on the online calculator, so it made them kind of obnoxious.
Here is the rest of the recipe in case any of you are interested.
  1. In a large bowl combine eggs and milk. Add the bread crumbs, onion and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400  for 12-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in butter until tender. Stir in the ketchup, honey and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain meatballs; add to sauce. Carefully stir to evenly coat. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Serve this over brown rice.

I made these last night and I really liked them, and the recipe made plenty so I won't have to search for things to eat for the next couple of days.
