My New Favorite Lunch!

Here's a new recipe. I LOOOVE the flavor of cilantro and lime together, so I tried to imitate a Baja Fresh taco.
Cut some chicken or steak into strips and fry in pan with Mrs. Dash and lime juice. If you aren't going to use avocado on your taco, use a little olive oil for your fat.
After your meat is cooked remove from pan and place 2 small corn tortillas in pan to cook and absorb some of the flavor left in the pan.
Top with cooked meat, lots of fresh cilantro, a little low fat cheese, avocado and salsa. YUUUM! I eat these almost every day!
