Quick Taco Soup

1 46 oz can V-8 juice
1 pound lean hamburger, cooked or 2 cooked shredded chicken breasts
3 14 oz cans beans-your choice, pinto, kidney, black, etc.
1 14 oz can corn
1 T taco seasoning or a pkg of taco seasoning mix like Lawrys

Mix all ingredients and heat through.  Serve with low fat sour cream or plain yogurt, low fat cheese, and corn chips.
