Caprese Sandwich

Take 1 Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin
Basil
Tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese

Layer ingredients inside of the sandwich thin, spray on the outside of the bread with some cooking spray. Place in a hot pan and put a panini press (or a heavy lid or pan) on top. Cook until cheese is melted and the bread is nice and toasted.
