Easy Breadsticks
I will give you the regular recipe and show you what I did to change it.
1 1/2 cups warm water
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 T honey1 T yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 rosemary olive oil
Italian seasoning (I used garlic and herb)
Disolve yeast and honey in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes. Add flour and salt. Knead for 5 mintues. Melt half oil on jelly roll pan. Spread dough out on pan. Spread remaining oil on top of dough. Sprinkle garlic and herb seasoning on top. Cut into strips with pizza cutter. Let rise about double. If in a hurry turn oven onto 170 and let raise in oven. Bake on 350 for 12 mintues.
