Peanut Butter Sandwich!

Okay, so if you want to eat a yummy PB Banana Sandwich, here's how:
Slice banana in half
spread one side with 1 portion PB
add natural fruit preserves on top (No sugar added, all fruit.  Or if you use regular jam then count it into your 100 free calories.) I use about 1/2 -1 tsp.

Put sides together and ENJOY!  To me it's a yummy treat.  I eat it with some cottage cheese and I've got a complete meal.
