I juice a huge batch and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days in glass quart jars.
Celery (up to 7 bundles)
Spinach (about 5 bags or 3 of the bigger plastic containers)
Cucumber (I use english cucumbers, usually at least 3)
Kale (one stalk, it's powerful stuff!)
You can throw in anything really. I don't like bell peppers though, too sweet. I do love a little thumb sized
chunk of ginger. Lemon and lime will give it a kick but will turn bitter if kept more than a day.
I use a champion juicer to do all this. DON'T TRY IT WITH A BLENDER. It's totally sick. The point of this
is to give your body very concentrated liquid nutrition. It really is so healing.
