Tomatillo and Poblana Salsa

8 tomatillos unwrapped and diced
2 poblana peppers diced
1 red onion diced
1/4 c. cilantro
2 cloves garlic finely diced
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp. of honey
salt and ground pepper to taste
