Pumpkin Soup

2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinamon
2 pinches salt
2 cups of water
(I added garlic salt to taste)
Heat ingrediants, and serve with a dollop of low fat sour cream.
