Quick Pea Soup

1 ½ c frozen peas, thawed
1 ¼ c milk
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Place the peas and ¼ cup blender, cover and process until pureed.  Pour into a sauce pan; add salt if desired, pepper and remaining milk.  Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until heated through.  YEILD: 2 servings.
