1 can coconut milk (NO SUGAR)
OR 8oz. coconut water
*on second thought, the coconut MILK has a lot of fat in it, so to make it more game friendly, you could substitute the coconut milk for coconut WATER
Slice of Avocado
1/2 Cucumber
Lime (peeled and seeded)
Stevia to sweeten if desired (could also use honey or xylitol)
Blend until smooth and add ice to consistency you like.
Fun add in's would be a drop or two of peppermint, raw cacao, vanilla . . .
You can even pour this shake into popsicle molds for a cold treat and I would use the coconut milk if you want it to taste like a creamie.
