No Bake Treats

1 c natural peanut butter
2 c oats
2 c unsweetened coconut
1 cup honey
1 cup chopped dates
2 t vanilla
1 c ground flax seed
cacao nibs or goji berries or raisins or nothing!

Mix it together.  Flatten it on a cookie sheet and cut into squares.
