4 teas. vegetable oil3 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. grated fresh ginger
4 oz shitake mushrooms
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 teas. Asian chilli-garlic sauce
2 (3 oz) packets ramen noodles
1 T cider vinegar
1 T soy sauce (used soy substitute)
1 teas honey
2 cups braised pork
3 oz (3 cups) spinach I would use more next time
