Fudge Babies

1 cup Walnuts
1 cup pitted dates
3-4 T cocoa
1 t. vanilla
dash of sea salt
(I sometimes add a t cinnamon)

I don't have food processor so I put it all in my Vitamix and blend. Form into small balls and refrigerate or freeze.
You can roll them in raw coconut but i ran out and still love them. I also thought about chopping up raw almonds and rolling them in.
