This was my healthy version of the chicken broccoli cheese casserole that we've always loved. I usually serve it over brown rice. It was great! It doesn't need cheese, but if you wanted to add a little sprinkling of low-fat cheese on top, you could.
3 c steamed broccoli
2 c cooked cut up chicken
1 1/2 cups Almondaise*
1/2 T lemon juice
2 c cooked cut up chicken

1/2 T lemon juice
3/4 c water (Sometimes this amount varies. You don't want it to appear dry at all)
1/3 c nutritional yeast flakes
1 t onion powder
1/2 t sea salt
1/3 c nutritional yeast flakes

Layer broccoli in glass baking dish, then add chicken. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour on top of broccoli and chicken. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
*Almondaise can be found under miscellaneous
