This may sound really gross but you will have to try it. It really is good and an easy way to get your protein with your oats.
Cook 1/4 cup reg. oatmeal (I microwave mine), then add 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add 1/4 cup fruit (chopped apples, or grapes, strawberries or whatever. The cottage cheese gives a creamy texture to the oatmeal and it really does taste good! :) My daughter wouldn't try this for a long time and now she eats it almost every morning.
