3 cups shredded hashbrowns1/2 onion diced
1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices crumbled turkey bacon
6oz skim milk
4 egg whites and 1 yolk
Spread hashbrown in glass baking dish sprayed with pam. Sprinkle cheese, onion, and cooked turkey bacon on top. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
