This is so yummy & fresh tasting!
Romaine lettuce leaves
Diced tomato
Frozen peas (rinsed and thawed)

Avocado mixture - Mash up an avocado and mix in a dash of sea salt, 1 tsp vegetable seasoning broth powder, 1 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos, 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes.
Spread the avocado mixture in a lettuce leaf and sprinkle the peas and tomato on top. Roll it up! My daughter had meat on hers and loved it too. It was so fresh and very tasty! One avocado mixture will probably make 3- 4 wraps.
Many variations can be made with this idea. You can add sunflower seeds, sprouts, green onions, whatever! Try it the above way first then let your imagination take over.
The vegetable seasoning broth recipe can be found under the "Misc" label. It's a great seasoning to have on hand. I also used it on the funeral potatoes recipe) The Braggs Liquid Aminos is found in the health food store and is similar to a soy sauce without all the salt.
