Baked Chicken Thighs

(Serves 4-6 )
1 package chicken (about a lb) boneless chicken thighs
¼ cup of Fat Free Zest Italian Dressing
Juice of a lime
Black Pepper
Red pepper Flakes (to taste)
1T honey

In a small bowl mix dressing, juice of a lime and chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Line a baking sheet (that has edges) with foil and spray with Pam® spray and set aside.

After chicken has marinated remove from bowl and place on lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with black pepper & red pepper. Drizzle hone over top and bake for 30 minutes in a 400° preheated oven.

I served over some whole wheat egg noodles and a salad.
