2 1/4 lbs ground beef (home grown-very lean)
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/8 c. ketchup (tomato sauce)
1 1/2 T. prepared mustard
1 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. vinegar
1 T. sugar (stevia-forgot to cut in half but, it still was good)
1 t. salt (mineral salt)
Pepper to taste
9 hamburger buns, split (100% whole wheat buns)
Cook beef and onion until meat is browned abd onion is tender; drain. Combine ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar (stevia), salt, and pepper into beef mixture. Heat through. Serve on buns.
